Bill Bancroft

Bill Bancroft, co-founder of Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC,
was born and educated in Montreal, Canada. He is a chartered
accountant (Canadian certificate, equivalent to CPA in the U.S.)
and was a senior officer for Swiss Bank Corporation for 15 years
in Montreal and Calgary. Bill entered the high-tech industry
as a founder of Dynix, Inc. (later merged with Ameritech Inc.).
As CFO and Executive Vice President for Dynix, Inc. Bill helped
build a technology business that had annual revenues of over
$100,000,000. Bill also currently serves as Chairman of the
Board and founder of Clear Course, Inc.™, an e-learning
company, and he is also involved in the hospitality industry
as an franchise owner of several Courtyard by Marriott hotels.

Blake Reynolds

Blake Reynolds, co-founder of Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC,
was raised in the collection industry. Blake’s father
was a pioneer in the flat-fee collection industry in the U.S.
While receiving his education at Brigham Young University, Blake
began his career as a sales representative for United Compucred,
Inc. working his way to Western States, Regional Manager before
opening his own agency in 1990. Blake brings fourteen years
of experience and expertise in the credit & collection industry.
Blake has founded two very successful nationwide collection
companies and is the author of the international business method
patents utilized by ARS. Having twice built national sales forces,
Blake also provides experience, expertise and innovation in
the areas of Sales & Marketing.

Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker brings over 20 years of hardware and software development
and management expertise to Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC. Jeff
has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham
Young University, and a master's degree from Stanford University
(Magna Cum Laude / 4.0 GPA). He worked eleven years for Amdahl
Corporation, specializing in cache memory design and mainframe
error detection, recovery, and reliability. After a very successful
tenure at Amdahl, Jeff went to work for Novell. While at Novell
he joined the GroupWise team, developing and improving Novell’s
GroupWise product. He also developed a web-based document management
system. For the last three years Jeff has compiled a team of
very experienced and talented software developers and together
they have been immersed in the development of the Advanced Recovery
Systems suite of web-based software solutions.
